The first thing I think about after getting engaged is what color should I choose for the bridesmaid’s dress at the wedding. In the end, I chose the lemon color.
Excited as a girl, I also hope that there are sunflowers in the bouquet. I think it must be beautiful. Then I asked the bridesmaids to find light yellow dresses. To be honest, they were surprised by the choice of this color at first.
Fortunately, my bridesmaids are very talkative. They only need me to be happy. When they saw some dresses that I might like, they even sent me the link.
I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but one day I suddenly became "greedy". This seemingly simple decision is suddenly rare. I am very worried that they will not like their skirts at that time. You must know that if they don't match their own skirts, it will be difficult. I don’t think this way because I am selfless. I certainly hope that I am the most beautiful one. But I will definitely take a lot of photos that day. I hope my bridesmaids can feel good about themselves.
To make matters more complicated, two of the six bridesmaids are pregnant. By the time the wedding was held, they were all five months pregnant. I am worried that they will have to lose weight in order to put on the bridesmaid's clothes I bought. I believe they are beautiful in any size, but I think for a pregnant woman, losing weight in order to wear a bridesmaid’s suit is the most undesirable thing. So should I buy the code number, or wait for the return?
This raises another question: Who should pay for the bridesmaid service? Since our wedding is held abroad, we need to minimize all expenses, including accommodation and air tickets.
But all brides have different answers to this question. My colleague Claire feels, "The bridesmaids are very hard and need to be involved in all aspects, so they need to spend a lot of money."
I don't want my bridesmaids to be under any financial pressure for this. So I will set a theme and let them buy bridesmaid dresses according to their financial situation. Many brides I have asked said that they would pay for the bridesmaid’s dress, but if I asked what would happen if they had six bridesmaids like me, their answers would be completely different.
Therefore, you should still decide according to your own budget. If you are completely free from financial pressure, you can pay for it yourself. If this is not possible, try to choose a skirt at a lower price.
